We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, pricing, schedules, promotions, menus, hours of operation, or event information provided by third parties.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit.

We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.

All trademarks, logos, graphics, designs, text, software, and other content associated with Go Dockside are owned by or licensed to Go Dockside and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any portion of the Services without prior written permission.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, businesses, social media pages, ticketing services, reservation platforms, or other resources.

Go Dockside is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services.

Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and those third parties.

The parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
